Gawd I'm so tired and sore!!!! So I started work at the 7-11 on Tuesday the 30th and today was last me shift for two days then I have all next week on and this is supposed to be part time...LOL! Truthfully I'm quite relieved that it's going this well already! 6 wks with no work was getting really dull! I could only check so many Twilight websites and read so many cupcake blogs and only bake so many experiments and customize so many MLP's before I went crazy!!! And day time TV sucks!
Well here is a pic of my last chocolate cupcake experiment! I think they look so awesome! They were for a friend I used to work with...I had to send them to her via my other half who still works where I got laid off from. She said they were the best she'd had in a long time. I used a few recipes I found digging through the various cupcake blogs sorry to those who own the recipe for the cupcake and the chocolate buttercreme...I'll try to remember the links for future baking experiments.
Now it's my otherhalfs birthday tomorrow and it was his mom's today but I just ran out of time and energy to bake up some cupcakes. I was dying to bake up some great ones for my MIL's B-day but I have tomorrow to get Ian's(birthday) cupcaked! I saw this great 6 layer rainbow cake and I so want to try it in a cupcake format. I'm just itching to get in my kitchen but my feet and back and hips hurt from standing for the last three days for 8 hours when the last 5 yrs I had a cushy office chair to plant my ample ass on. LOL I had blisters on my feet! Blisters! I bought air pillow sole shoes and then stuck extra gel soles in there on top and I still have the soarest feet out there! I suppose some of that is the walking 45 minutes down a mountain to get to work...after walking fifteen steps from the house to car and the car to the office for the last few yrs I was so spoiled! *laughs*
